Level/Weighted enrollment changes

When a student has an initial IEP or a reevaluation IEP finalized they show up on a report Amanda or Margy pulls daily from Achieve.  They review the IEP and determine what the weighting is supposed to be based on what they see and the suggestion that Achieve generates.  When a student has a Review/Annual IEP and the team feels that enough changes have been made to warrant a weighting change, please contact Amanda(Northeast, Northwest) or Margy(South, East) and the RA with a matrix with the proposed weighting change. After they receive the matrix and the RA approves the change they will go in to Achieve and update the weighting.
