We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to co-lead our Professional School Counselor Network. The Co-Lead will work closely with the current lead and an advisory team to manage and facilitate network meetings and opportunities, specifically in the area of social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health.
Responsibilities:

Recruit members, set dates/times, and facilitate CRAEA School Counselor Advisory meetings

Guide plans for Professional School Counselor Networking day(s) by creating agendas, networking with experts (AEA, community partners and LEA), and managing logistics

Communicate opportunities with members of the Professional School Counselor Network

Create and manage course(s) within the Professional Learning System

Co-create professional learning

Participate in statewide AEA School Counseling meetings
Qualifications:

Background in social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong professional development and meeting facilitation skills
This position will begin in December and pays up to 10 days (per diem pay) for the year. (Days for the remainder of the 2023-2024 school year to be determined.) Advisory meetings and networking days occur during the school day. Interested individuals must be available for these meetings and the responsibilities associated with this position while still fulfilling the responsibilities of their regular position.
