Online Data Systems Resource Guide for CRAEA Staff and Important 2020-21 Updates

With the increasing amounts of data that are available to CRAEA staff via online data systems, it can easily cause confusion regarding which system to use to access what data.  Furthermore, the task of keeping all of those passwords in order can be a challenge itself!  To assist CRAEA staff in navigating the many online data systems that are available, the changes that have occurred from last year, the steps to follow to gain access, and the resources that are available to guide use and troubleshoot login problems, this resource guide has been developed.

  • Quick Guide to important 2020-21 changes: FastBridge Learning Site – Access will no longer be available using the login credentials that were provided to staff in the past.  Access will be shifted to the Iowa Education Portal using a single login.  Staff do not need to do anything at this time as this application will be added to existing portal accounts by the Department of Education using staff assignment information provided by the AEA.  If, however, you do not have portal access at the current time, you can get this established using the resource guide listed above.
  • MTSS Student Success (Panorama) – Although no log in changes have occurred, starting with the 2020-21 school year, behavior and attendance data will be added to the report functionality.  If you do not have current access to this portal application, use the resource guide listed above to get this accomplished.  To assist staff in learning more about the new functionality of this system, a series of webinars will be offered starting in mid-August.
