Translation Requests

If you are needing IEP paperwork translated, statewide procedures requires only the Prior Written Notice be translated.  This may be a change from what has been communicated in the past. Because of this, Prior Written Notices must be very thorough and detailed when describing services and supports and aligned to what is written in the IEP.

Having an entire IEPs translated for an extenuating circumstance will require pre-approval from your supervisor.
